The Challenge
soundcore set out to boost product awareness and drive in-store and online conversions for their products available in Currys. With the general consumer in mind, the goal was to showcase the product's innovative designs and amazing value - while competing with Currys' large stock of alternative brands.
The biggest hurdle was making the soundcore products feel essential and consumers aware that the products are available at their local Currys.
The Solution
To capture attention and drive traffic to the soundcore products on Currys' shelves and website, we worked with 9 creators, handpicked from high-trust niches including Lifestyle / Fashion and Tech.
These creators were fashionable lifestyle creators, sharing hauls, deals, and relatable shopping content. Their audiences trusted their recommendations and mirrored their shopping habits, wanting to get in on the soundcore trend that the creators were nurturing.
Working with a creator in the tech space would also be crucial in capturing a male heavy audience as well as the female heavy lifestyle / fashion audiences of the other creators. The chosen creator is a trusted collaborator and we knew he'd be able to execute the brief to a super high standard.
Leveraging the budget we had, we set out for a new hero creator who we haven't worked with before. Partnering with Jennifer Metcalfe, from Hollyoaks fame, was a no brainer - her star power, influence online, and passion for content creation was a recipe for success that we knew would work perfectly on a campaign like this.
