The Challenge
BOOX, a global leader in ePaper tablets and smart reading devices, wanted to raise awareness for three of its flagship products—Note Air3C, Palma, and Color 7—among younger, tech-savvy audiences in the UK and USA.
The challenge was to introduce BOOX as a versatile, productivity-friendly alternative to traditional tablets and eReaders. With features like split-screen, stylus support, waterproof design, and color display, the products had wide appeal—but needed the right storytelling to stand out on TikTok. The goal was to spark curiosity and engagement on social platforms by showcasing BOOX’s core functionalities in relatable, everyday contexts across tech, student, and reading niches.
The Solution
We partnered with 10 TikTok creators from both the UK and US, spanning key niches like tech, student life, BookTok, lifestyle, and productivity, to spotlight BOOX devices in authentic, everyday scenarios.
Across 12 videos, creators showcased the Note Air3C, Palma, and Color 7 through relatable formats like unboxings, “study with me” content, and productivity hacks. Features such as stylus note-taking, split-screen multitasking, text-to-speech, and vibrant e-ink colour displays were front and center.
Creators filmed in classrooms, airports, bedrooms, and even poolside to reflect BOOX’s real-life usability. @thetechbadger highlighted the Palma’s waterproof travel benefits, @sabspreppys used it during exam prep, and @officiallyfrancesca wove it into her academic routine. @aymansbooks praised its accessibility features, while @_thebookwasbetter showed off its on-the-go reading benefits. With strong calls to action and community-aligned content, the campaign positioned BOOX not just as a smart device—but as a lifestyle essential.
The Results
UK creators averaged 416K views—over 3x higher than US peers—driven by strong engagement across tech and student niches. Creators like @thetechbadger (578K views), @officiallyfrancesca, and @sabspreppys brought BOOX devices to life with relatable, real-use content: from note-taking and split-screen multitasking to bedtime reading and exam prep.
This campaign succeeded through four key strategies: cross-niche activation, TikTok-native formats, everyday storytelling, and feature-first messaging. Content showcased BOOX's standout features—stylus input, colour displays, auto page-turning, and portability—in real-life settings like classrooms, bedrooms, and airports.
Despite only three UK creators, their content delivered exceptional reach, highlighting the value of targeted regional focus. The campaign positioned the Note Air3C, Palma, and Color 7 as everyday tools for students, creatives, and professionals. With over 2.1M views and 19K+ clicks, BOOX proved ePaper tech isn’t just smart—it’s TikTok-worthy.
