GLOBALMEDIAGROUP LTD CREATOR PAID USAGE AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT is made on the

CLIENT
GLOBALMEDIAGROUP LTD, 25 Egerton St, Chester CH1 3ND (the "Client")
And shall be governed by the laws of the courts of England.

CREATOR
@budgetingmumofficial (represented by the "Creator Manager")

BACKGROUND

The Client wishes to engage @budgetingmumofficial for promotional use of an existing asset. Rosie, as the authorised manager of the Creator, will sign and execute this Agreement on behalf of the Creator.

1. CONTENT USAGE

1.1 The Client will use the Creator's content for paid promotional campaigns, with a total budget estimated between £10,000 - £15,000, spanning from September 2024 to February 2025 (6 months).

1.2 All content usage is limited to the duration and scope agreed upon in this contract, with no additional usage rights unless further agreed upon in writing.

2. COMPENSATION

2.1 The Creator will be compensated a total of £2000 for the assets used in the campaign, as agreed between the Client and the Creator.

2.2 The Creator must send an invoice upon agreement. Payment will be made within 30 days of receiving the invoice, provided all requirements have been met.

2.3 The Creator will be responsible for handling all applicable taxes and liabilities related to the compensation.

3. ACCEPTANCE

I, the Creator, hereby agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
