Ripple+ is currently making its mark in an incredibly competitive vaping market by offering a nicotine-free alternative to a traditional e-cigarette. With such a holistic mission of helping people quit nicotine addiction, the bold narrative of this campaign and the Ripple brand revolved around one simple phrase: F*CK N1C0T1N3! This not only sits in juxtaposition to the preferred tonality of social algorithms but is also prohibited from being applied to paid ad mechanisms. Ripple is a quirky, modern brand with a forward-thinking outlook, and we wanted our creator choices to reflect this. We reached out to creators based across the anglophone world from a variety of niches, such as daily vloggers and Vox Poppers, to create a breadth of fun, engaging content to promote the Ripple+ brand while reflecting their brand values.Content ranged from having creators document their quitting journey to encouraging members of the public to convert from using a traditional vape to using the Ripple+ instead. The content had an added edge due to its in-your-face nature, ensuring it was able to succeed in the algorithm despite the challenges that promoting products of this nature face!
Through documenting the use, the progress, and the success, many rounds of Ripple+ content have taken new products to market.
